Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of RecentFollowTool (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing credits, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.

RecentFollowTool lets users submit an Instagram username, @handle, or profile URL to view available public profile context and previews of follower or following lists. Deeper list results may require an account and credits. Each supported follower or following lookup currently consumes one credit.

The service does not require an Instagram password, access private accounts, notify the searched profile, perform actions on Instagram, or prove exact follow dates or times. List order and profile information are public-data snapshots that may change.

We depend on third-party services, including SocialAPI for available Instagram data, Cloudflare for hosting and security, authentication providers, and billing providers. Their availability, data access, and policies may affect the service.

RecentFollowTool is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Some features require an account created with accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login method and for activity performed through your account.

Do not share access in a way that enables unauthorized use. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@recentfollowtool.com promptly.

We may suspend access while investigating suspected fraud, abuse, security risks, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.

The Weekly Credits subscription currently provides 500 credits for US$3.39 per week. Subscription credits refresh weekly and do not roll over into a later subscription period. Subscription credits are used before separately purchased one-time credits.

The One-time Credits product currently provides 200 credits for a single US$3.39 payment. One-time credits expire one year after purchase.

Current prices, included credits, and product details are shown before checkout. We may add, remove, or change plans and features. A change to an existing recurring price will apply only after any notice required by applicable law.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may be used only for eligible features within the service. Credits connected to a refunded or reversed payment may be revoked.

By purchasing the Weekly Credits subscription, you expressly authorize the displayed subscription charge to your selected payment method every week until you cancel. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each weekly billing period.

A One-time Credits purchase is a single payment authorized for the amount displayed at checkout and does not automatically renew.

Prices may exclude taxes. Applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges may be calculated and collected at checkout. Payment card information is processed by Waffo Pancake and its payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your card statement may use the descriptor shown at checkout or supplied by the payment processor. You are responsible for keeping billing and account email information current.

You may cancel a subscription online at any time from the billing page by opening the available billing portal. You may also ask for help by emailing support@recentfollowtool.com from your account email address.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless the billing portal states otherwise, access and the current subscription credit grant remain available through the end of the already-paid weekly period. Cancellation does not itself create a right to a refund for an earlier charge.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, contact support. We may retain billing, fraud-prevention, security, and transaction records when reasonably necessary or legally required, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Refund eligibility and the required request process are stated in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary, you must first email support@recentfollowtool.com, and a refund is available only when the paid feature cannot be used for your account, subject to applicable law.

Include your account email, order or subscription details, the affected feature, and a description of the problem. We may ask for reasonable troubleshooting information before deciding the request.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before filing a dispute with your bank so we have an opportunity to investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be waived.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes involving available public information. You are responsible for ensuring that your searches, use of results, and any downstream decisions comply with applicable privacy, data protection, anti-stalking, employment, consumer protection, and other laws.

You must not use the service to harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, surveil, impersonate, defraud, or harm another person; attempt to access private or restricted information; violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or make decisions that require legally protected or professional judgment without appropriate independent review.

You must not bypass access, credit, rate-limit, authentication, or security controls; probe or disrupt the service; introduce malware; automate access except through an interface we expressly authorize; scrape or systematically extract results; resell or sublicense access; share credentials to avoid payment; or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You must not use result ordering as proof of an exact follow time, present the service as providing private Instagram access, or misrepresent public-data snapshots as verified historical facts.

We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and original content. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You retain rights you hold in information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process submitted usernames, profile URLs, support materials, and related data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Public Instagram profile information and third-party names, content, and marks remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Access through the service does not transfer ownership of third-party content to you.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Public data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, reordered, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular result, or the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

We may maintain, update, limit, or discontinue features to address legal, technical, security, provider, or product requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of a material discontinuation affecting a paid service.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, engage in fraud or abuse, fail to pay amounts due, or if continued service is restricted by a provider or law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. The service is a lookup aid, not legal, employment, financial, safety, or investigative advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity; changes to third-party data; or actions taken based on lookup results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by law. If you continue to use the service after revised Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the agreement governing your use of the service.
